We do not accept returns or exchanges once an order has been placed and delivered.

This includes, but is not limited to:

• Change of mind
• Incorrect colour or style selected by the customer
• Incorrect size selected by the customer
• Product no longer required
• Product not being as expected based on the product images or description
• Products that have been opened, worn, used, washed, or handled

We do not offer refunds for any order, including orders where the customer:

• Changes their mind
• No longer wants the product
• Selects the wrong colour, size, or style
• Orders by mistake
• Does not like the product after receiving it
• Finds the product different from their personal expectations
